i-Pharm Consulting is partnering with a growing medical device organisation at a pivotal stage of growth to identify a Territory Manager to join their high-performing orthopaedic sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent a specialised orthopaedic portfolio, working closely with surgeons and theatre teams while gaining exposure to innovative orthopaedic implants and enabling technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established territory across Victoria
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and key hospital stakeholders
• Provide clinical and technical support during surgical procedures
• Drive new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships
• Deliver product education and training to customers
• Collaborate with leadership to execute territory growth strategies

Ideal Background

• Medical device sales experience
• Strong surgeon engagement and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting procedures within the operating theatre environment
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage a territory
