• Work with blue chip clients
• WFH / Hybrid flexibility / Perth based
• Optional office: Level 23, 108 St Georges Terrace
• Full time or part time available

What you will be doing

• Drafting wills, EPAs, EPGs, trust deeds & estate planning docs
• Advising on succession, asset protection & inter-generational wealth transfer
• Acting as a trusted adviser to private clients, families & referrers
• Delivering bespoke estate planning for complex, unique family situations
• Working alongside renowned tax & trusts lawyers to broaden your expertise

We welcome candidates who bring the following skills:

• 2+ years PAE in wills, estates, trusts or related areas
• Strong communication, attention to detail and technical advisory skills
• Ability to manage files autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
• Excellent drafting skills and commercial acumen
• A desire to achieve high quality results for our clients
