The Opportunity

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will manage financial reporting and trust accounting coordination across an assigned client portfolio.

You will prepare reports, support budgets and reforecasts, review month-end reconciliations, coordinate trust account audits and resolve portfolio accounting queries.

Client Reporting

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual client reports
  • Provide clear commentary on financial performance and variances
  • Support budgets, reforecasts and client presentations

Trust Accounting

  • Oversee trust accounting processes across the portfolio
  • Review month-end reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate annual trust account audits with external auditors

Stakeholder Support

  • Work closely with clients, representatives and property managers
  • Attend client meetings where finance input is required
  • Respond to tenant, client and internal accounting queries

Systems & Improvement

  • Review outsourced trust accounting outputs
  • Improve reporting formats and financial processes
  • Use Excel, Cirrus8 and reporting tools to strengthen insights

About You

You will bring commercial property, trust accounting or client accounting experience, with confidence working across external clients and internal property teams.

  • Strong property or trust accounting experience
  • Advanced Excel and Cirrus8, C8 or similar system exposure
  • Ability to prepare reports, budgets and reconciliations
  • Clear communication with clients and senior stakeholders
  • A proactive approach to process and reporting improvement
