Senior Desktop Support Engineer/ Level 2-3 Support Engineer | Melbourne | Permanent

We're partnering with a leading wealth management organisation that's looking for a Level 2-3 Support Engineer to join their Melbourne team.

Salary: $100K - $115K + Super In this role, you will be much more than a helpdesk engineer. You will take ownership of complex Level 2-3 support issues, mentor junior team members, contribute to projects, and help shape the end-user technology experience across the business.

What you will be working with

  • Windows 10/11 & Microsoft 365
  • Active Directory & Group Policy
  • Intune & SCCM
  • Outlook, Exchange & Teams
  • ServiceNow, Jira or similar ITSM tools
  • Laptop deployments, IAM & endpoint management
  • Project work and continuous improvement initiatives

We are keen to speak with people who have:

  • 4+ years' experience in Desktop Support / IT Support
  • Strong Microsoft technology experience
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
  • Financial services experience (highly regarded)

Bonus points

  • If you have experience working in another large wealth organisation, financial services org, or similar professional services environment, that is an added advantage. Please highlight this experience in your cover letter.
