  • End-to-end payroll processing across a large, multi-award workforce
  • Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and key stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely payroll outcomes
  • Lead and support continuous improvement and systems enhancement initiatives
  • Support audits, reconciliations, and payroll reporting activities
  • Identify risks and implement strong governance and control measures
  • Contribute to payroll-related projects, including compliance uplift and transformation initiatives

Profile

  • Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements
  • Experience working with modern payroll systems and process improvement initiatives
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confident stakeholder engagement skills across HR and Finance functions
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Experience with SAP payroll highly regarded
