Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on Australian visa and migration pathways.
• Prepare and lodge visa applications, submissions, and appeals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian immigration laws and policies.
• Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with MARA regulations and legal ethical standards.
• Assist with business development initiatives to expand our client base.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Migration Agent (MARN Holder)/ Immigration Lawyer (Admitted to practice in Australia).
• Multilingual a plus.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Australian migration law.
• Must have experience in 407, 482, 494, 186 visa subclasses.
• Strong knowledge of employer-sponsored visas, general skilled migration, family visas, and business visas.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
