About the Role
Davidson Technology Consulting (DTC) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Consulting Operations Coordinator to support the operational backbone of our business.
This is a varied role that sits at the centre of our consulting operations, supporting onboarding, compliance, workforce administration, reporting, consultant communications, events, project coordination and continuous improvement initiatives.
Working closely with our Operations Lead and partnering with consulting, account and internal teams, you'll help ensure critical operational activities are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time.
What You'll be responsible for
Resource Management & Contractor Care
- Manage consultant and internal team support requests through shared mailboxes
- Prepare and process consultant employment contracts, extensions and contract variations
- Coordinate workforce compliance activities and data quality reviews
- Lead consultant experience initiatives including onboarding, communications, recognition programs and events
- Execute onboarding and offboarding administration activities
- Prepare workforce reporting inputs for Talent Acquisition and Delivery forums
Project Coordination
- Coordinate Statements of Work (SoWs), extensions and Change Requests (CRs)
- Maintain central repositories for project documentation including contracts, SoWs, CRs and workforce registers
- Ensure project information and commercial terms remain accurate and up to date
- Coordinate invoicing activities against contractual milestones
- Monitor timesheet submissions and approvals, following up outstanding actions
Operations & Administration
- Support day-to-day contractor operations administration
- Maintain Salesforce, Notion and operational tracking systems, ensuring data integrity
- Provide general administrative support including travel coordination and communications
- Produce reporting on compliance, risks and operational exceptions
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives through testing, documentation and rollout activities
What you'll bring
- Strong administration, coordination or operations support experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Confidence engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
- Experience maintaining trackers, reports, dashboards or operational records
- Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Hold full work rights for Australia
Current or prior experience in one or more would be Highly Regarded:
- Experience within professional services, consulting, recruitment, labour hire, workforce operations or sales support environments
- Experience using Salesforce, Notion or similar CRM and knowledge management platforms
