About the role
We are inviting applications from suitably experienced Senior Consultants and Consultant to join us to deliver our consulting solutions, designed to create and empower psychologically healthy and safe workplaces. Reporting to the Manager, Program Delivery, you will work collaboratively with a professional team of like-minded people who are driven to make a positive impact on workplace mental health.
This role primarily focuses on leading the end-to-end design, development and delivery of high-quality, evidence-based consulting solutions. You may be:
· Undertaking quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess organisations’ psychological health and safety at a systemic level
· Interpreting our research-informed, validated instrument that assesses the psychological health and safety of a workplace against psychosocial risk factors
· Facilitating critical capability and change-related conversations across senior leadership and operational roles
· Developing and delivering data-informed action plans to improve psychological health and safety in the workplace
· Designing consulting solutions to elevate leader and workforce capability, skills and confidence, embed improvements and empower psychologically healthy, safe and thriving workplaces
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
· Demonstrated knowledge of psychosocial risk management, psychological health and safety, and contemporary occupational health and safety frameworks, including the identification, assessment and control of psychosocial hazards
· Experience delivering consulting, assessment and/or capability-building initiatives that improve workplace psychological health and safety across diverse organisational settings
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data, identify themes and risks, and translate insights into practical, evidence-based recommendations and action plans
· Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, and to facilitate sensitive or complex conversations with credibility, empathy and professionalism
· Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, presentations and client-ready materials tailored to executive, leader and workforce audiences
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic consulting environment, managing competing priorities, ambiguity and project timelines while contributing positively to a high-performing team
· Relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in psychology, organisational psychology, allied health, occupational health and safety, human resources, or a related discipline.
Candidates for the Senior Consultant role need to demonstrate extensive experience against these requirements.
