For the past year, we've been secretly building the YouTube channels of some of Australia's top podcasts. Now, we're taking it public.

The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Producer & Coordinator to own the content pipeline for our clients end to end. You're the person who makes sure every piece of content – short and long form – is on-brand, on-strategy, and out the door on time. You'll design thumbnails, write captions, ideate titles, review edits, schedule content, and keep the whole pipeline moving. You execute the strategy set by our Head of Strategy and make sure nothing slips.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full content pipeline for multiple clients – from edit to publish.
• Design thumbnails that earn the click.
• Review short and long-form videos to make sure every deliverable meets the bar.
• Write captions and ideate YouTube titles that drive reach and engagement.
• Schedule content across platforms and keep the calendar tight.
• Execute on each client's strategy as set by the Head of Strategy.
• Keep editors, designers, and stakeholders aligned so content ships on time and on quality.

Clips Editing is a plus!

You'll Smash This Role If You

• Have experience managing content pipelines or producing social content for multiple accounts.
• Have an eye for thumbnails and design that perform, not just look nice.
• Can write captions and titles that actually pull engagement.
• Are ruthlessly organised – you can manage multiple clients without dropping a ball.
• Understand what makes content perform on YouTube and social.
• Don't need hand-holding – you own the pipeline and get it done.
• Care about quality and will fight for it – mediocre doesn't fly here.
• Handle pressure and deadlines without losing your cool.
