Deliver national support via one-on-one digital coaching and group training, fostering a strong efficient compliance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach advisers nationally on applying financial advice compliance in daily practice
  • Translate complex regulations into clear, business-focused guidance
  • Deliver digital/group training initiatives
  • Spot capability gaps, themes, and improvement opportunities
  • Partner across the business for consistent compliance practices
  • Monitor issues and drive advice quality enhancements

About You

This role suits an experienced compliance. paraplanning or advice professional who thrives on translating complex regulations into practical guidance across a national network.

  • Proven coaching/guidance experience in advice compliance
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory impacts on daily operations
  • Strong engagement skills simplifying complex info into practical advice
  • Confidence in working with senior advisers offering counsel and support to influence change
  • Organised, proactive, solutions focused
