Green Light Worldwide is seeking a Front End Developer / Senior Digital Adoption / UX Automation Specialist to support a major transformation initiative within a large-scale resources environment.

This role is focused on simplifying complex enterprise applications and improving user experience without modifying underlying platforms. Working across systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, and Salesforce, the successful candidate will design and implement digital adoption solutions that enhance usability, streamline workflows, and drive productivity outcomes.

This is a hands-on technical role requiring deep expertise in digital adoption platforms and front-end development, combined with the ability to operate effectively in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy digital adoption solutions using platforms such as Pendo, WalkMe, or Whatfix

• Develop custom code, embedded experiences, and workflow automation to enhance user journeys

• Simplify complex enterprise system interactions without requiring backend platform changes

• Utilise JavaScript and CSS to deliver browser-based application customisations

• Reverse engineer enterprise applications to optimise workflows and user experience

• Deliver measurable improvements in user adoption, efficiency, and productivity

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex processes into intuitive digital experiences

• Support UX optimisation across SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and similar platforms

• Contribute to transformation initiatives by improving process usability and accessibility

Core Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with digital adoption platforms (Pendo, WalkMe, Whatfix or similar)

• Advanced front-end development skills using JavaScript and CSS

• Proven ability to customise and enhance enterprise application user experiences

• Experience working with large-scale systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, or Salesforce

• Demonstrated success delivering measurable adoption and productivity outcomes

• Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting capability

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Highly Regarded

• Experience in mining, resources, or large enterprise environments

• Exposure to platforms such as Enablon, Intelex, or similar systems

• Experience working within large-scale transformation programs

• Understanding of UX design principles and user journey optimisation
