The Opportunity

Reporting to the executive team and working closely with the Heads of Asset Management and Property Development, you will play a central role in building and executing the organisation’s acquisitions strategy, combining market insight, financial acumen and deep industry relationships to unlock value across the portfolio.

The role focuses on building a strategically aligned land bank, informed by detailed market analysis, emerging growth corridor identification and ongoing monitoring of competitor and pricing dynamics.

You will work collaboratively across the end-to-end acquisition process, contributing to opportunity identification, negotiation, due diligence and transaction execution, while partnering with internal teams and supporting broader strategic decision-making to ensure alignment from purchase through to delivery.

About You

You are a commercially astute and driven property professional with a strong track record in property acquisition, development, or investment within the Western Australian market.

You bring:

• Deep experience in land acquisitions, development feasibility, or property investment
• Strong financial modelling and commercial evaluation capability
• Established industry networks across landowners, agents, and consultants
• Demonstrated success negotiating complex, high-value transactions
• A strategic mindset with the ability to identify future growth opportunities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at executive and board level
• A strong commercial instinct with the persistence to pursue and secure opportunities in a competitive market
