About the Role

Green Light Worldwide is seeking an experienced

ServiceNow Administrator to support and optimise an existing ServiceNow environment within a large enterprise setting.

This role requires a true platform administrator with hands-on experience managing, configuring, and improving ServiceNow rather than simply using the platform. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to enhance service delivery processes, optimise workflows, and ensure the platform is operating efficiently and in line with best practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support the ServiceNow platform

• Troubleshoot and improve workflow automation and business processes

• Manage and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

• Configure and support

Service Catalog and Catalogue Items

• Review, update, and optimise existing workflows and platform configurations

• Support platform governance, standards, and best practices

• Configure forms, fields, business rules, and platform settings

• Work closely with stakeholders to improve service management and operational processes

• Investigate and resolve ServiceNow-related issues and enhancement requests

Requirements

• Commercial experience administering

ServiceNow environments

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows and process automation

• Experience managing CMDB and Service Catalog modules

• Ability to configure forms, fields, business rules, and platform settings

• Experience troubleshooting ServiceNow issues and implementing improvements

• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills

Highly Regarded

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ( CSA) certification

• Experience with ITSM processes and frameworks

• Exposure to ServiceNow scripting, integrations, or platform development
