This is an excellent opportunity to take on a lead role, within an engineering led business.

This company design a variety of robotics solutions for Mining / Oil & Gas industries. Their products improve process', safety and data collection.

The ideal person will have experience delivering end-to-end projects, working with multi-disciplinary teams. (Experience working in defence is a plus also)

This is a technical role; a hands-on engineering background is required.

Ideal background would be: experience leading cross-functional engineering teams in robotics, autonomous systems, or other complex technology-driven environments.

• Lead the delivery of robotics and autonomous systems initiatives, ensuring product development activities align with program milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering efforts, balancing technical priorities, delivery schedules, and release activities across multidisciplinary teams.
• Facilitate agile development processes, continuous improvement, and regular stakeholder feedback.
• Translate business and operational needs into clearly defined product requirements.
