Radiant Care Health is a growing and vibrant physiotherapy clinic delivering high-quality care under NDIS, My Aged Care Support at Home, Medicare, WorkCover, TAC, and private health schemes.

We are committed to person-centred care, strong clinical outcomes, and a supportive, collaborative team environment. As our services expand, we are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our team.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Physiotherapist (minimum 1 year experience) to join our team on a part-time basis, with flexibility to move into a full-time role. The role will be based at our Mernda and Reservoir clinics as well conducting home visits.

Clinic-based treatments

Community/home visit physiotherapy

and is comfortable servicing clients across Mernda, Reservoir, and surrounding areas.

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy treatment

Conduct home visits and community-based care

Manage a mixed caseload (NDIS, MSK, general practice, etc.)

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Develop and implement individualised treatment plans

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and stakeholders

Contribute to clinic growth and quality improvement initiatives

Essential Requirements

Minimum 1 year clinical experience as a Physiotherapist

AHPRA registration (current and unrestricted)

Experience or confidence in home visits/community physiotherapy

Ability to travel between Mernda, Reservoir, and surrounding areas

Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Full working rights in Australia

Desirable (Not Essential):

Experience with NDIS clients

Musculoskeletal and/or community physiotherapy experience

Experience working in home care settings
