The successful candidate will provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making across operations, finance, and supply chain functions. Key Responsibilities
- Analyse financial, operational, and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, production, logistics, and marketing to gather and define business requirements.
- Data cleansing and mining: identifying, validating, and removing errors and inconsistencies from raw data to improve quality and ensure it's suitable for analysis.
- Develop business cases, models, dashboards, and reports to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Assist in the implementation and optimisation of ERP systems and digital tools.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting cycles.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive efficiency and profitability.
- Work closely with senior leadership on ad-hoc analysis and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Economics.
- 2 - 5+ years’ experience in a business or data analyst role, preferably in a product-based multinational company.
- Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
- Experience with SQL.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
