The Opportunity

As the Enterprise Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across the retail and consumer sectors, selling a portfolio of digital transformation, omnichannel commerce, customer experience, and data services.

You will identify and engage senior stakeholders across retail and consumer organisations, build and execute strategic account plans, develop qualified opportunities, lead complex sales cycles, and close high-value consulting and services engagements.

This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys collaborating with delivery, alliances, and executive leadership teams to create compelling solutions for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan focused on enterprise retail and consumer brands
  • Build and maintain a target account list and create a strong pipeline through proactive business development activities
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes, from initial engagement through to proposal development, negotiation, and close
  • Partner closely with internal solution, delivery, and leadership teams to shape customer outcomes
  • Collaborate with key technology and platform partners to identify, influence, and pursue opportunities
  • Maintain a strong understanding of retail trends, commerce technologies, customer experience strategies, and digital transformation initiatives

About You

You will bring a proven track record of selling complex consulting, technology, or professional services solutions into enterprise retail and consumer organisations.

You may currently be working in:

  • Digital commerce or transformation consulting
  • Systems integration or technology services
  • Customer experience or marketing technology
  • Data, analytics, or cloud services
  • Retail technology or SaaS platforms

Experience working with ecosystem partners and major commerce, cloud, or data platforms will be highly regarded.

Most importantly, you'll be a self-starter with strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments.
