About The Role
- The Clinical Practice Advisor position is a leadership opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist in a dynamic and flexible work environment.
- Ideal for those with advanced understanding of mental health diagnoses (including, but not limited to; schizophrenia, personality disorder, anxiety, depression) and the complexities of risk management and systemic influences.
- The role includes offering guidance and consultation to less experienced therapists and therefore may need support to build confidence in this area and increase understandings of trauma informed approaches.
- This position is ideal for a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist who wants to develop their skills further, particularly in working in Mental Health and maintain their own clinical caseload.
- Take part in regular team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact.

About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
- 5+ years' experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Advanced knowledge in in Mental Health.
- Proven ability to deliver Occupational Therapy directly to clients as part of an independent caseload.
- Experience supervising, coaching, and mentoring Occupational Therapists.
- Strong knowledge of the disability, health, and aged care sectors, including NDIS and community-based settings.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Access your own vehicle and a current driver's licence.
- You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
