About the job

A 12 month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.

In this role, you will partner with the organisation to deliver end-to-end procurement and administration activities. You'll ensure compliance with WA government procurement policies and processes, managing low-medium risk contracts.

Reporting to the Director Procurement, you will also support the development of contract management capability within the organisation.

The role has the following key areas of focus:

  • Facilitating end-to-end contract development and administration
  • Provide support and assist in building contract management capability
  • Compliance based activities including the maintenance of registers, and utilising Tenders WA

We’re looking for

  • An effective Procurement and Contracts professional, with significant experience ideally within the WA public sector
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with ability to manage competing deadlines
  • A connector - a person with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders to meet business objectives
