Senior Enterprise Architect

• Serve as a trusted advisor to government customers, driving architectural strategy from solutioning through to execution and ensuring programs deliver measurable mission outcomes.
• Translate current state complexity into clear target state designs, close capability gaps and deliver enterprise solutions that achieve critical business and mission outcomes.
• Lead discovery sessions, define business requirements, write user stories and provide detailed system and functional designs for major Salesforce engagements.
• Identify and proactively manage risk areas, manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third party partners.
• Lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice and contribute to the community knowledge base across the PSSI team.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise Architecture or consulting on the Salesforce Platform across the full lifecycle with demonstrable success
• Expert in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy across Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Hands on experience integrating enterprise systems including ERP and CRM using MuleSoft, APIs and event driven architectures
• Proven ability to document business processes and wireframe system designs using process flow diagrams, UML and sequence diagrams
• Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentforce and agentic architecture in enterprise settings
• Strong knowledge of Australian Government frameworks including ISM, PSPF, ASD Essential Eight and Digital Identity
• Salesforce Certifications: Application or System Architect required, CTA highly preferred; TOGAF or equivalent EA framework an advantage
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively articulate point of view and rationale to executive and technical stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to teach complex concepts across diverse roles
• Resourceful and innovative thinker, a strong listener who can work through and solve complex enterprise problems
