The need-to-know…

Rise is looking for someone to join our Scheduling team as a ‘Support Officer - Service Delivery’, where no two days are the same. This role is the central link between our staff, volunteers and clients, providing responsive support and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll be the first point of contact for scheduling enquiries, maintaining strong relationships while keeping accurate records and resolving issues quickly. Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in timekeeping and payroll support, processing timesheets, validating data, and working closely with operations and finance to ensure accuracy.

This is a Monday to Friday role based at our Rise Head Office, Helen’s Place (Middle Swan) with hybrid work-from-home flexibility. Hours are negotiable with start time between 6am – 8am.

The need-to-have…

Here at Rise, we nurture potential, but we do need you to have a few tricks up your sleeve including the following:

  • Administration experience or relevant qualification (e.g. Cert III in Business Administration)
  • Confident using computers and client management systems (Procura desirable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including professional phone manner
  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise, use initiative and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the not-for-profit sector (desirable, not essential)

Formalities (The serious stuff!)

Appointments to this position require a NDIS worker screening check. Costs for new checks will be covered and/or reimbursed by Rise.
