Our client is looking for an experienced Village Supervisor to lead remote accommodation village operations supporting large-scale energy and resources projects.
Roster: 8/6 roster FIFO from Perth
Start date: ASAP
Duration: approx. 12 months - depending on client requirements
Pay Rate: $80.00 - $86.00 p/h + Super depending on experience

The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of village services including accommodation, catering, maintenance, security, and ancillary services across a remote FIFO environment.
You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, contractor performance, and service delivery outcomes across a dynamic, high-compliance environment.
About You
You will bring strong operational leadership experience from remote village, FIFO, or large-scale accommodation environments, with a strong commercial and contractor management focus.
Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Lead day-to-day operations across accommodation village services (catering, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and ancillary services)
- Oversee contractor and vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and scope of works
- Monitor accommodation utilisation and support forecasting against workforce demand
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure service delivery standards are met
- Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and site management systems
- Manage operational risk, reporting, and incident escalation processes
- Drive cost control, efficiency improvements, and value optimisation
- Support stakeholder engagement across internal teams and service providers
- Lead and support onsite village leadership and operational teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including sustainability and decarbonisation objectives
Essential Experience
- Strong background in village operations / FIFO accommodation management
- Experience managing multi-service contractors (catering, maintenance, security, housekeeping)
- Proven capability in contract or vendor performance management
- Strong understanding of operational compliance, safety, and reporting frameworks
- Experience with accommodation forecasting and utilisation tracking
- Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficient in MS Office and operational systems (e.g. SAP or similar platforms)
- C-Class Driver's Licence
Highly Regarded Experience
- Exposure to contract management frameworks and commercial operations
- Maintenance coordination or facilities management background
- Financial awareness including budgeting and cost control
- Experience in mining, resources, infrastructure, or remote operations environments
