As a Business Planning & Execution Specialist, you will play a hands-on role in connecting strategy to delivery, ensuring plans are clear, progress is visible and teams stay aligned. You will work closely with leaders and partners across the business to keep priorities moving, track performance and support confident decision making. This is a great opportunity to build your impact, strengthen your commercial lens and help shape how work flows from planning through to delivery.
This is a permanent full-time role based in multiple locations across Australia.
What You'll Do
- Support the development of business plans, translating strategic priorities into clear timelines, deliverables and structured outputs that guide delivery across the portfolio
- Maintain performance tracking and scorecards, ensuring accurate and timely visibility of progress, risks and outcomes against agreed metrics and targets
- Coordinate initiative tracking across the portfolio, monitoring milestones, dependencies and risks while helping teams stay aligned and on track
- Contribute to investment prioritisation processes by collating inputs, maintaining frameworks and supporting trade off discussions with clear and structured data
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, tracking spend and performance while identifying variances and opportunities alongside Finance partners
- Prepare inputs for governance forums, supporting reporting, tracking actions and ensuring decisions are followed through with clear ownership and timelines
What You'll Bring
- Experience in planning, project coordination or performance tracking in a fast paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with confidence
- Comfortable working with data and using it to support tracking, reporting and decision making
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams and functions
- Attention to detail while keeping the bigger picture in mind
- Clear communication skills with ability to present information in a structured and simple way
