About The Role
In this role, you will coordinate fleet management across all Warrikal Shutdown, Maintenance, and Operational projects, ensuring the efficient mobilisation and demobilisation of assets to support safe and seamless site operations. You will play a critical role in planning, allocating, and optimising fleet resources to meet dynamic project demands.
- Coordinate the allocation and utilisation of Warrikal’s asset fleet to support operational requirements across all job fronts.
- Review forecasted asset demand against available fleet capacity and identify requirements for internal allocation, transfers, or external hire.
- Manage end-to-end asset mobilisation and demobilisation planning, including transport coordination and scheduling to align with job requirements.
- Coordinate external hire requirements, including supplier engagement, quotation processes, purchase orders, transport arrangements, and on/off-hire management.
- Maintain accurate asset planning system data to support operational visibility, cost control, and reporting requirements.
- Facilitate regular planning meetings with Operations, Transport, Maintenance, and other stakeholders to identify constraints, resolve conflicts, and ensure mobilisation readiness.
- Monitor and manage changes to job schedules, scope, asset requirements, maintenance availability, and operational priorities to minimise disruption.
- Coordinate responses to unplanned events including breakdowns, replacement asset requirements, and urgent site requests.
- Support asset governance through effective tracking of fleet utilisation, hire costs, supplier performance, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and site teams to ensure effective asset delivery and support.

You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organisation.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate an ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues across all business units.

Qualifications/Licences
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the mining and resources sector
- Sound knowledge of the Pilbara region with relevance to travel distances.
- Proficient use and strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Pronto ERP experience preferred, but not essential.
