Location: Perth WA & DIDO to Regional Sites

Roster: 10 Days On / 4 Days Off

Salary: Up to $140,000 + Super + Worksite Vehicle

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on HSE Advisor to support the HSEQ Manager in driving a strong safety-first culture across operations in Perth and regional WA. This is a senior, boots-on-the-ground role suited to someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships with teams, and is passionate about improving health, safety and environmental performance. You'll play a key role in ensuring compliance, conducting audits and investigations, delivering safety initiatives, and supporting continuous improvement across multiple work sites.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the HSEQ Manager to ensure compliance with WHS legislation, industry standards, and company procedures.

• Promote a proactive and positive safety culture across all operational teams.

• Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, pre-start meetings and safety awareness initiatives.

• Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments and contractor reviews.

• Investigate incidents and hazards, complete reports using INX (or similar systems), and implement corrective actions.

• Monitor plant, equipment and work practices to ensure compliance with safety requirements.

• Build strong relationships with employees, contractors and client representatives.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of HSEQ systems, policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years' experience in a HSE, WHS or similar advisory role.

• ICAM Certification.

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety / Occupational Health & Safety.

• Current C Class Driver's Licence and White Card.

• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management and behavioural safety.

• Excellent communication skills - engaging with stakeholders from site crews to management and clients.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience preparing management reports.

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Residency.

Desirable

• Experience within mining, transport, asphalt or civil construction industries (Civil is advantageous).

• Environmental management experience.

• Plant operating tickets and/or earthmoving equipment experience.

• HR Driver's Licence.

• First Aid, Traffic Management or Training & Assessment qualifications.

• Auditor experience within OH&S management systems.
