Contract Administrator – Tier 2 Builder | $30M+ Industrial Project

Perth | Up to $160k + Super

A rare opportunity to join a well-established Tier 2 national builder, delivering a $30M+ industrial project in Perth. Despite their national footprint, they have a small, tight knit team in WA - offering genuine exposure, ownership, and influence across the full project lifecycle.

Working from a dedicated site office, you’ll partner closely with an experienced Senior Project Manager and Site Manager, forming a collaborative and agile delivery team.

The Role

As Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in the commercial management of the project, including:

• End-to-end subcontract administration
• Procurement and letting of trade packages
• Cost reporting, forecasting, and budget management
• Progress claims, variations, and contract negotiations
• Working closely with site and project leadership to drive outcomes

About You

• 3–8 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator (ideally within commercial/industrial construction)
• Experience working with a head contractor
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Ability to operate autonomously within a small team environment
• Clear communication style and collaborative approach
