Bookkeeper

A great opportunity has arisen in an Award winning mid-sized professional services practice based in the City Fringe; they have a progressive business that promotes employee engagement & development.

As bookkeeper you will manage a wide range of bookkeeping tasks for over 30 clients working closely with our accounting and advisory teams-You will be given all the tools & support you need to succeed.

The Role

• End to end Payroll and Payroll tax
• Managing job budgets, timesheets etc.
• Quarterly and monthly BAS's
• Preparation & review of monthly reporting
• Accounts Payable/Receivable
• Xero conversions or set ups

The successful candidate will have

• Prior bookkeeping experience is essential- 2 years ideally within an accounting/bookkeeping firm.
• Recent/relevant experience with awards and how to apply from a payroll situation
• Solid experience using Xero & MYOB
• Experience in the preparation & review BAS's, P&Ls, Cash flow statements, balance sheet reports
