About The Role

A long-established construction team is expanding and is committed to investing in its people, providing career growth opportunities, and ensuring workloads remain balanced and manageable.

• Managing up to 17 single and double-storey builds
• Coordinate trades, materials and subcontractors
• Manage multiple sites and construction schedules
• Ensure quality, safety and timely project delivery
• Liaise with clients, trades and internal teams
• Maintain accurate site documentation and systems
• Resolve on-site issues and keep projects on track

About you

• 1+ years experience as a Site Supervisor working for a Project or Custom Home builder
• Open to early-career professionals and strong trade background looking to progress their career
• A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple sites simultaneously
• Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills.
