About the Role

We're looking for a Melbourne-based Senior Designer to join a fast-paced production rollout for an entertainment and resorts client. This is a hands-on, onsite role covering the period 3rd–12th August, ideal for a designer who thrives across both print and digital deliverables and can move quickly from concept to final production files.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end production rollout of campaign assets across multiple formats and channels
• Design and adapt print collateral (brochures, signage, point-of-sale, out-of-home) and digital assets (social, web banners, EDMs, display ads)
• Apply conceptual design thinking to translate brand and campaign briefs into visually compelling creative
• Use Adobe Firefly for AI-assisted image generation, content-aware editing, and rapid asset variation at scale
• Maintain brand consistency across a large volume of templated and bespoke assets
• Collaborate closely with account/production leads to meet tight, date-specific deadlines

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in production design/rollout — comfortable working across large volumes of assets under deadline pressure
• Strong print production knowledge (prepress, file setup, printer specs)
• Strong digital design skills (responsive/web, social formats, EDM)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Firefly and broader Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Solid conceptual/creative design ability — not just template execution
• Experience with hospitality, or resort clients highly regarded
• Familiarity with DAM/asset management systems
• Experience working within established brand guidelines for multi-market rollouts
