Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or dental practice management, including oversight of daily operations and staff coordination.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with proficiency in scheduling, record-keeping, and practice management software.
• Financial acumen, including experience with billing, invoicing, budgeting, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support patient engagement, team collaboration, and conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and clinical governance principles (dental setting preferred).
• Prior experience in a dental or medical practice is highly desirable but not essential; exposure to modern dental technologies is an advantage.
• Certificate or diploma in practice management, business administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Commitment to a high standard of professionalism, patient-centered service, and continuous improvement.
