A well-established national mid-tier law firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Employment Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join its highly regarded Melbourne practice.

Working alongside respected employment law specialists, you will advise a diverse range of corporate clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including workplace disputes, investigations, unfair dismissal, discrimination, workplace policies, industrial relations and risk management.

About You

• 5+ years' post-admission experience in employment law.
• Strong technical and commercial legal skills.
• Excellent drafting, communication and client relationship abilities.
• Experience managing matters autonomously while working collaboratively within a team.
• A proactive approach with a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships.
