We are now looking to expand our bench with a junior technology lawyer .

As an infrastructure lawyer, you also need to possess:

• 5 - 10 PQE in-house or within a law firm
• Ability to draft, review and negotiate a range of technology and commercial agreements (software licensing and development agreements, technology procurement and vendor contracts, data processing and data-sharing agreements, etc)
• Previous experience in technology, entertainment or sports industries
• Immediately available for a 3 month contract
