As a Senior Consultant, you’ll own end‑to‑end recruitment across the renewables and broader energy space, partnering with clients that are delivering real projects.

You’ll be trusted to run your desk like a business, supported by a collaborative team, strong leadership, and the flexibility to work in a way that suits you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing full‑cycle recruitment across renewables and the broader energy transition
  • Building and developing long‑term client relationships
  • Delivering senior technical, project, and leadership roles
  • Proactively developing new business and growing your market presence
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
  • Mentoring junior consultants (if this interests you)

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who brings credibility, confidence, and drive as well as:

  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant within renewables or energy
  • A strong network or deep market knowledge in at least one renewables/energy discipline
  • A track record of consistent billing and client delivery
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and hard‑to‑find skillsets
  • Strong communication, organisation, and relationship‑building skills
  • A commercially minded, consultative approach

If you’re currently at Senior or Principal level — or performing at that level without the title — this role is for you.
