We're seeking an experienced

Site Supervisor for an ongoing contract role based in West Melbourne, working on a live data centre construction project.

About The Role

• Ongoing contract position
• Site hours: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Location: West - Melbourne, VIC
• Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations during the afternoon shift, ensuring works progress safely and to program
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors on site
• Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Liaise with project management and day-shift supervisors to maintain continuity
• Monitor site conditions, resolve on-site issues, and report progress
• Ensure all works align with data centre construction specifications and protocols

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years' experience supervising on a data centre construction project (essential)
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial/industrial construction
• Strong understanding of WHS requirements and site safety management
• Relevant white card and site safety certifications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently during the afternoon/evening shift
