In this role you’ll shape and drive our Health Insurance sales division to new heights. Based in our Brisbane office, you’ll lead a dynamic team of 10 sales professionals in an environment that champions growth, innovation and success.

Role Overview

As a Sales Team Leader, you’ll be instrumental in:

  • Driving team performance and revenue growth
  • Developing and mentoring high performing sales professionals
  • Creating and maintaining a positive, high energy sales culture
  • Implementing strategic sales initiatives across our health insurance portfolio

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop a high performing team through hands-on leadership and regular coaching sessions
  • Drive performance through data driven insights and KPI management
  • Implement and optimise sales strategies to maximise conversion rates
  • Facilitate cross selling initiatives across Compare Club’s product suite.
  • Manage complex customer scenarios and support team problem solving
  • Bridge communication between front-line teams and senior management

Essential Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years ‘ leadership experience in a high performance sales environment
  • Proven track record in outbound sales team management
  • Experience with performance management and development programs
  • Strong analytical skills for sales reporting and trend analysis
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems

Highly regarded

  • Health insurance industry experience
  • Call centre management background
  • Experience in implementing sales training programs
