We’re seeking an experienced Health Information Manager / Clinical Coder to join our national team. You’ll use your advanced coding expertise across a complex casemix, while supporting audit, documentation improvement and coding quality initiatives.

The Position

In this role, you’ll be part of our national coding team, coding patient separations across multiple clients using your advanced knowledge of 13th Edition ICD-10-AM, ACHI and Australian Coding Standards.

You’ll code patient separations across multiple clients using your advanced knowledge of 13th Edition ICD-10-AM, ACHI and Australian Coding Standards. This role suits a senior coder who is organised, detail-focused and confident working autonomously in a collaborative team.

What You’ll Bring

  • A qualification in Health Information Management or clinical coding
  • Advanced knowledge of ICD-10-AM, ACHI and Australian Coding Standards
  • At least 3 years of clinical coding experience across broad and complex casemixes
  • Experience supporting coding quality, audit and documentation improvement initiatives
  • Strong communication, judgement and time management skills
