Our client is a leading logistics and supply chain provider seeking an experienced Administration & Inventory Manager to lead a high-performing administration team and oversee inventory control within a fast-paced warehouse operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong people leader who enjoys improving processes, maintaining inventory accuracy and working closely with warehouse, transport and customer service teams to deliver exceptional operational outcomes.

About The Role

• Leading, mentoring and developing the administration team.
• Managing inventory control and stock accuracy across the warehouse.
• Investigating stock discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinating administration, warehouse and transport functions.
• Overseeing reporting, compliance and operational documentation.
• Supporting invoicing, financial administration and customer service.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
• Promoting a strong safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with company policies.

About You To be successful, you will bring:

• Previous leadership experience within administration, inventory or warehouse operations.
• Experience in logistics, transport, warehousing or supply chain.
• Strong inventory management and stock control knowledge.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (SAP experience highly regarded).
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple departments.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
