About The Role

This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented Residential Draftsperson who enjoys taking ownership and joining a business where their contribution is valued.

Offering a genuine pathway into a Senior Draftsperson or Drafting Manager position, this opportunity provides the chance to expand your technical skills, and play an active role in shaping the future direction of the drafting team.

  • Work across a variety of residential and commercial development projects
  • Create, review and quality-check internal and external drawings
  • Prepare and amend construction drawings
  • Manage prestart variations and construction changes
  • Complete quality assurance checks to ensure documentation is accurate, compliant and construction-ready
  • Liaise with internal teams, consultants and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to continuous process improvements

About you

  • Experience as a Draftsperson working on single and double-storey homes, as well as residential developments
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD
  • Strong knowledge of WA building codes, construction requirements, and documentation standards
  • A positive, self-motivated, and proactive approach
  • Strong attention to detail with a solutions-focused mindset
