Role Description

The LoRA Specialist is a full-time, work-from-home role which requires the professional to:

• Train and fine-tune LoRA models for image, video, and language applications
• Prepare, curate, and optimize training datasets
• Improve model quality, consistency, and style alignment
• Test, iterate, and refine outputs
• Deploy and manage LoRA models across production workflows
• Collaborate with artists, animators, marketers, and AI specialists

Qualifications

• Proven experience training and fine-tuning LoRAs
• Strong understanding of Stable Diffusion and generative AI workflows

Kohya GUI (or similar)

• Dataset preparation, tagging, and preprocessing
• Strong attention to quality and consistency
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a creative team

Animation Experience

While this role is open to specialists from any background, experience in animation, visual storytelling, or digital content production is highly desirable.
