About The Role

This position involves making outbound calls across different campaigns, managing follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records. You’ll need to confidently switch between services while keeping communication professional and structured.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls on behalf of multiple businesses and services
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally
• Follow call scripts/guidelines while adapting messaging as needed
• Manage call schedules, follow-ups, and notes accurately
• Maintain organised records of call outcomes
• Work towards agreed performance and call targets

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years experience in outbound calling, customer service, or sales
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Excellent time management and organisational ability
• Comfortable handling multiple campaigns/services
• Professional phone manner with a positive attitude
• Experience using CRM systems or call tracking tools
