PMO Coordinator (Baseline Security Clearance)

PMO Coordinator I 6 months contract I Applicants must have Baseline Security Clearance

We're partnering with a well-known Federal Government agency and looking for an experienced PMO Coordinator who enjoys bringing structure, governance and coordination to complex programs of work.

Your new role

• Supporting project and program delivery activities from initiation through to closure
• Coordinating governance forums, reporting, risks, issues and action tracking
• Assisting with project planning, status reporting and delivery oversight
• Supporting release planning, stakeholder communications and implementation activities
• Collaborating with Program Managers, Business Analysts, Product Owners and key stakeholders across the organisation
• Helping drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates and ways of working

Key Selection Criteria

• Applicants MUST have Baseline Security Clearance
• Previous experience working within a PMO, project delivery or program coordination environment
• Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting projects across the full delivery lifecycle
• Exposure to technology, digital or business transformation programs
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Microsoft 365
• Power BI experience
• Power Automate experience
• Previous experience within Federal Government or APS environments
