Contract Administrator

Contract Administrator - 3 Month Contract | Melbourne

We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join a delivery team on a landmark $130M commercial office fit out project and possibly some base build works located in Melbourne.

This is an immediate requirement for a contractor who can hit the ground running and take ownership of multiple trade package procurements as the project moves through a critical phase.

The Role

Working alongside an experienced delivery team consisting of a Senior Project Manager, Contracts Managers and Contract Administrators, you will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement of numerous trade packages, including:

• Preparing and issuing tender packages
• Managing tender queries and clarifications
• Reviewing and comparing subcontractor submissions
• Conducting commercial assessments and recommendations
• Assisting with subcontract negotiations and awards
• Maintaining procurement schedules and reporting
• Supporting project commercial outcomes and risk management

About You

• 5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction - fit out specifically
• Strong experience procuring subcontract trade packages on large-scale projects
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple packages simultaneously
• Experience using Jobpac and Procore preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
