INBOUND SALES CONSULTANT | Melbourne, VIC

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're growing our inbound sales team, working on behalf of one of the largest energy providers globally - a business leading the charge on net zero and shaping how households power their future.

As an Inbound Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out about their energy needs. Your job: listen, identify what they actually need, and turn that into the right solution.

This role is a sales career for people who back themselves in a conversation and want to be rewarded for results.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound customer enquiries and turn them into sales opportunities
• Understand customer needs and match them to the right products and plans
• Deliver a genuinely good customer experience - every call, every time
• Hit and exceed KPIs without cutting corners
• Work across multiple systems and tools to manage the full customer journey

What You'll Bring

• Experience in sales or customer service - you know how to read a conversation and close
• A results-driven mindset with the discipline to hit targets consistently
• Comfort working across multiple systems and digital tools
• A positive, adaptable attitude - energy retail moves fast and so do we
• Willingness to work onsite in Melbourne city
• Availability across a rotating roster, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-7:00pm
