Project Coordinator (Engineer)

Our client is a well-established commercial builder with over 20 years of success in WA, delivering commercial and industrial Design & Construct projects valued up to $50m.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Project Coordinator / Engineer to join their collaborative team and support the successful delivery of commercial new build projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Working closely with Project Managers and Site Managers, you'll play a key role in coordinating project documentation, procurement, subcontractors and project administration to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination of commercial new build D&C projects
• Support procurement, tendering and subcontractor engagement
• Coordinate project documentation, RFIs, variations and contracts
• Monitor project programmes, budgets and project reporting
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Assist with project compliance, quality assurance and O&M manuals
• Provide day-to-day support to the Project Management team

About You

• Experience in a Project Coordinator, Contracts Administrator or Project Engineer role within commercial construction
• Exposure to Design & Construct commercial new build projects
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or similar (preferred)
