Our client is a well-established commercial builder that has been operating for over 15 years, specialising in health and office fit out and refurbishment projects valued up to approximately $8 million.

They have built an excellent reputation for delivering quality projects while fostering long-term relationships with clients through professionalism, reliability and attention to detail. With a steady pipeline of work and continued growth, they are looking to welcome an experienced Project Manager to their close-knit team.

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across Perth.

Managing multiple projects from commencement through to completion, you'll work closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project management of commercial fit out and refurbishment projects
• Planning, programming and coordinating project schedules
• Managing project budgets, cost control and financial reporting
• Procurement and subcontractor management
• Contract administration, including variations and progress claims
• Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Leading site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Ensuring compliance with WHS, quality and regulatory requirements

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the commercial construction industry
• Strong background delivering fit out and refurbishment projects
• Experience managing projects from inception through to completion
• Sound contract administration and commercial management skills
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management abilities
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
