Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Prepare accurate consolidated financial statements & reports in compliance with accounting standards.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes to align with organisational goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in accounting operations.
• POC for external auditors
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the accounting team.
• Ad hoc project tasks, system upgrades and transformation initatives.

A successful Accounting Manager should have:

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CA/CPA Qualified
• Experience dealing in a large, complex multinational organisation
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent leadership skills/experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
