People8 is partnering with a leading commercial mechanical services contractor to recruit an experienced Mechanical Drafter / Mechanical Designer to support the delivery of complex Design & Construct HVAC projects.

Working alongside experienced engineers and project teams, you'll produce high-quality Revit documentation and contribute to technically challenging commercial developments across a diverse project portfolio.

Requirements

  • Experience producing mechanical services drawings using Revit.
  • Commercial HVAC or mechanical services experience.
  • Strong understanding of BIM coordination.
  • High attention to detail and documentation quality.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering and project delivery teams.
