- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Advise on employee relations and workplace matters.
- Coordinate recruitment processes and onboarding activities.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Provide guidance on performance management processes.
- Support the organisation with HR reporting and analytics.
A successful People and Culture Advisor should have:
- Experience in human resources within the business services industry.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and Australian workplace laws.
- Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving HR initiatives.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.

- Hourly pay between $63 - $65 plus super.
- Temporary 4 month contract
- Work in Melbourne's CBD
- Start 10th August
