As Senior Warehouse Manager you will lead a medium sized team across day to day warehouse operations, balancing strong operational discipline with genuine people leadership. You will be responsible for driving performance, upholding the highest standards of safety and quality across the operation, and playing an active role in the growth and transformation of the business.

In this role you will oversee day to day warehouse operations, lead and develop a capable team, and drive continuous improvement across efficiency, accuracy, and safety. You will champion a strong safety culture across the operation, ensuring compliance with WHS requirements and maintaining the quality standards that this business is known for. You will work closely with senior leadership to support the broader operational strategy and contribute meaningfully to a business that is actively investing in its future.

To be successful you will be an experienced warehouse or operations leader with a background in FMCG or a similarly fast paced environment. You will have a genuine commitment to safety and quality — not as a box ticking exercise but as a reflection of how you lead. You will be a proven people leader who can bring a team along on a journey, with strong operational discipline and a genuine appetite for continuous improvement.
