About the Role

We're after a creative, content-obsessed producer/editor to work closely with the Founder to produce a high volume of native content pieces across our organic & paid channels, while keeping our social channels active, engaging and on-brand.

What You'll Do

  • Produce high-volume organic and paid content from concept through to final edit
  • Shoot founder-led, behind-the-scenes and product storytelling content
  • Own the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
  • Supply fresh creative assets to media buyers to support paid performance
  • Grow and manage our TikTok and Pinterest channels
  • Work closely with the Founder to execute marketing campaigns and content strategy

Who You Are

  • A social native who knows what makes content land
  • A self-starter who runs with a brief and delivers better than expected
  • Organised across a content calendar, shoot schedule, and asset library
  • Into fashion/lifestyle brands and lo-fi content over glossy campaigns
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small, fast-moving team
  • Tech-savvy across e-commerce software, editing tools, and social platforms
  • Data-literate - reads performance numbers and lets them shape what you do next

Experience & Skills

  • Demonstrable short-form video experience for TikTok/Instagram - share examples or your account
  • Solid editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
  • Comfortable reading content/ad performance data to guide decisions
  • Experience running a content calendar or asset library across channels
  • Photography skills a strong plus
  • 3+ years in a similar role
